Cancellation conditions, refund rules and dispute procedure.

Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 24h before the service: refund of the principal price; service fees non-refundable.
  • Less than 24h before the service: no refund, except exception granted by support (duly justified force majeure).

Cancellation by the Provider / Organiser

  • Full client refund (principal price + service fees), or priority rescheduling.
  • Internal sanctions possible (warning, restriction, suspension).

Client No-Show

No refund in case of client non-attendance without prior cancellation.

Disputes — Procedure

  • Open a support ticket as soon as possible (recommendation: within 48h).
  • Provide useful information: booking reference, exchanges, factual elements.
  • EclipseX adjudicates according to internal rules, traceability and available evidence.
