Cancellation by the Client
- More than 24h before the service: refund of the principal price; service fees non-refundable.
- Less than 24h before the service: no refund, except exception granted by support (duly justified force majeure).
Cancellation by the Provider / Organiser
- Full client refund (principal price + service fees), or priority rescheduling.
- Internal sanctions possible (warning, restriction, suspension).
Client No-Show
No refund in case of client non-attendance without prior cancellation.
Disputes — Procedure
- Open a support ticket as soon as possible (recommendation: within 48h).
- Provide useful information: booking reference, exchanges, factual elements.
- EclipseX adjudicates according to internal rules, traceability and available evidence.
