- Maximum 1 review per booking.
Prohibited Content in Reviews
- Blackmail or pressure to obtain a positive/negative review
- Insults, defamation, threats
- Doxxing (contact details, personally identifiable information)
- False or unverifiable information
Moderation
EclipseX may remove any review that does not comply with this charter and retain internal records for audit purposes.
