Ticket process

  • Statuses: Received → In progress → Processed
  • Processed by priority and criticality
  • History kept for security audit

Priorities

  • Critical - Minor, violence, serious fraud, immediate threat (Priority processing)
  • High - Payment dispute, no-show, blocked account (Within 24h)
  • Normal - Product question, general information (Within 48h)
