Payments are processed via Stripe Connect, a payment solution for platforms. Depending on the type of operation and the flow configuration, funds may transit through Stripe and be allocated to the Provider/Organiser, after deduction of applicable fees (service fees, commissions, payment fees, refunds, disputes).
The release of funds may be subject to regulatory requirements (identity verification, compliance, anti-fraud).
Nature of Service
EclipseX is a matchmaking and listing/event distribution platform. Providers and organisers act as independent contractors.
EclipseX does not employ providers/organisers and does not perform the services.
Prohibited Activities
Any activity related to prostitution (sexual acts for remuneration), procuring, exploitation, trafficking, or any interaction involving minors is strictly prohibited and results in deletion/suspension/ban, and reporting if necessary.
