Rules applying to EclipseX brand assets, platform content, and content uploaded by users or partners.
Key principle
Users and partners remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload, publish, or display any content submitted to EclipseX.
EclipseX ownership
Intellectual property rights covering the EclipseX platform, including software, design, texts, graphics, logos, interfaces, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel, belong exclusively to EclipseX or its licensors.
No reproduction, extraction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is authorized except when strictly necessary for normal navigation or explicitly permitted by the applicable terms.
User content ownership
EclipseX does not claim ownership of the content you create and submit. You retain your rights, provided you have the required permissions to publish these elements.
You warrant that submitted content does not violate the rights of a third party and that you are able to authorize its use within the platform.
License granted to EclipseX
By posting content on EclipseX, you grant EclipseX a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, and royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt this content as part of platform operation, promotion, and exploitation.
Partner content
Clubs, organizers, brands, and partners must ensure they hold the rights needed for visuals, trademarks, descriptions, videos, and documents used to represent their activity within EclipseX.
Event content
Elements related to private events, tickets, schedules, posters, or promotional visuals must remain authentic, authorized, and compliant with contractual commitments as well as applicable image rights.
Product content
Product pages, bundles, and related media must represent genuine assets. Unauthorized use of images, proprietary descriptions, or third-party branding marks is prohibited.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content infringes your rights, you must submit a sufficiently documented request including your identity, the description of the work concerned, the location of the disputed content, and evidence supporting your standing to act.
EclipseX may temporarily suspend reported content during review, request additional proof, or reject abusive or incomplete requests.
Brand misuse
Unauthorized use of the EclipseX name, its logos, brand guidelines, or trademarked elements in external communications, ads, third-party accounts, or derivative materials may result in immediate removal and legal action.
Takedown requests
Takedown requests are analyzed according to evidentiary rules, rights invoked, and publishing context. EclipseX may remove, limit, or delist content when the request is deemed justified or when legal risk requires.
