Moderation and reporting policy

How EclipseX reviews reports, restricts risky behavior, and protects the integrity of a private, adult-verified community.

Moderation principles

01

Discretion

Every report is handled with a high level of confidentiality. Protection of verified members’ privacy is a structural requirement.

02

Precision

EclipseX combines assisted detection, contextual signals, and expert human review to apply justified and proportionate decisions.

03

Ecosystem protection

The priority is to preserve safety, relational quality, and network integrity. Behaviors that undermine this balance are handled quickly.

How reports are reviewed

Step 1 · Reporting and containment

As soon as a report is filed, relevant data is secured and prioritized. Critical cases may be escalated immediately.

Step 2 · Expert analysis

A Trust & Safety specialist reviews context, evidence, history, and risk signals associated with the reported account, content, or behavior.

Step 3 · Resolution and enforcement

If the violation is confirmed, proportionate restrictions are applied. The reporting member receives a resolution notice without unnecessary exposure of sensitive details.

Reporting categories

Prohibited service
Harassment
Minor underage suspicion
Abuse of reviews

Account restrictions

Violations can trigger immediate action: temporary suspension, removal of verified status, functional blocking, or permanent exclusion depending on severity.

Appeals

Members may appeal selected restrictions within the applicable deadline, with verifiable supporting evidence. Sensitive appeals are reviewed separately from first-level decisions.

Maintain standards

If you observe behavior that violates EclipseX protocols, file a secure report to the Trust & Safety team.
