Providers and relevant entities must keep submitted information accurate. Any material change must be reported within the timelines defined by the platform.
Information EclipseX may collect from providers, clubs, organizers and brands before activation in the ecosystem.
Identification of the primary holder or operating entity.
Verified contact channels for operational and compliance workflows.
Declared area of activity for routing, jurisdiction, and local scopes.
Payment details and supporting activity documents when legal status requires them.
Qualification of the service or partner presence in EclipseX compliance matrix.
This policy applies to individual providers, clubs, event organizers, and brand partners wishing to activate a presence or publish services in the EclipseX ecosystem. Compliance with these traceability requirements is mandatory before activation or public listing.
EclipseX may request the full legal name as well as any stage name, trade name, or designation used for the declared activity.
A verified email address and a valid phone number are required. Additional professional links may be requested for secondary review.
Payment routing or receiving information may be collected to enable traceable, compliant flows limited to authorized uses.
For declared entities, registration documents, tax numbers, or equivalent proof may be required depending on the jurisdiction.
Each offered activity is compared to an internal compliance matrix to verify alignment with EclipseX rules and applicable legal framework.
Provider onboarding is not automatically approved. A dedicated human review occurs before any activation or sensitive expansion.
