Reviews and ratings policy

Discover how EclipseX ensures the authenticity of reviews, protects the integrity of its rating system, and handles review disputes in its private adult ecosystem.

Reviews reflect real and verified interactions.

Only members who have actually completed a confirmed transaction can submit a review.

Manipulated reviews, fraudulent ratings, and compliant ratings undermine the ecosystem’s integrity and are treated as moderation policy violations.

System scope

This framework applies to all reviews and ratings submitted through the EclipseX ecosystem, covering bookings, marketplace interactions, creator sessions, and private events.

Reviews apply to verified providers, premium members, event organizers, and any entity eligible to receive ratings for a completed transaction.

Cancellations and rating impact

01

Early cancellation

Initiated within the defined window, it does not automatically create a negative reliability signal for either party.

02

Late cancellation

Triggered after the tolerance threshold, it may generate a negative reliability signal and affect the profile trust score.

03

Mutual cancellation

When both parties agree before execution, no mandatory review is recorded, though the signal remains in internal history.

No-show and unjustified absences

A confirmed no-show—absence without activating the cancellation protocol—is handled differently than a standard cancellation. It may trigger an automatic unfavorable rating and initiate a reliability review.

Repeated no-shows can lead to verified status degradation, booking capability restrictions, or an in-depth compliance review.

Non-editable reviews

Certain review categories are locked after validation and cannot be removed or edited without valid formal justification.

  • Reviews linked to fully completed transactions
  • Ratings validated after the contestation window
  • Reviews from documented and authenticated interactions
  • Reliability scores calculated from full historical activity

Review disputes

Dispute window

A review can be disputed within the applicable period after publication. After this period it is considered final unless exceptional circumstances are proven.

Acceptable evidence

The dispute must be supported with verifiable evidence: proof of non-fulfillment, contradictory transaction data, or documented violation of the review framework.

Independent review

Review disputes are examined by a team separate from first-level moderation, with documented feedback provided to the contesting party.
