Legal protocol

Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Rules for cancellations, refund requests and dispute handling mechanisms within the EclipseX ecosystem.

Wallet refund standard

Refunds may be returned as wallet credits except where prohibited by law or constrained by the payment method used. This allows quick redeployment of the balance back into the EclipseX ecosystem.

Scope

This framework covers authorized internal transactions, bookings, certain event access, and marketplace operations compatible with EclipseX infrastructure.

By using these flows, parties accept the platform rules for cancellation, refund, and dispute handling as defined by applicable law.

Booking cancellations

An early cancellation may allow a full or partial refund depending on the service nature, lead time, and technical or operational costs already incurred.

Late cancellations may trigger penalties, holds, or specific conditions intended to offset expenses, organization costs, or capacity lock-up.

No-show protocol

An unjustified absence without activating the cancellation protocol is treated as a no-show and can result in forfeiture of all or part of locked value.

A trust review, account restrictions, or an internal score drop may be applied based on severity, repetition, and available proof.

Non-refundable assets

Some assets or digital access are final after execution, especially when content, access, ticket, or a benefit has already been delivered or consumed.

Transactions involving external gateways, irreversible technical fees, or third-party modules can also reduce refund options.

Dispute resolution

Dispute window

Claims must be filed within the period defined by the relevant module. After that, the transaction may be treated as finalized and cannot be reversed on the platform.

Evidence review

Decisions rely on verifiable platform data, transaction statuses, technical logs, and authenticated evidence. External, non-verifiable exchanges alone are not sufficient.

Les règles de remboursement dépendent du cadre légal, du statut de la transaction et des contraintes de paiement.
