1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all transactions processed through the EclipseX platform, including wallet credit purchases, service bookings, access to exclusive events and compatible marketplace activities.
By making a financial transaction in the EclipseX ecosystem, the user accepts these terms in full. They apply to all registered members under applicable laws and rules.
2. Services
EclipseX acts as digital infrastructure and a trust layer facilitating transactions between verified members and approved partners. The platform provides the booking, communication and settlement environment.
Services may include access to private events, premium bookings, content streams, structured legal experiences, and marketplace exchanges subject to our verification protocols.
3. Pricing and Wallet Credits
Platform internal transactions are made through EclipseX wallet credits. Credits can be purchased with approved payment methods and keep a fixed fiat equivalent.
Prices shown for services, content, tickets, bundles and bookings are charged from wallet balance according to platform rules, applicable fees and service-specific terms.
