General Sales Conditions — EclipseX

Pricing, commissions, payments, cancellations and disputes on EclipseX.

1. Purpose

These General Sales Conditions govern payments made via EclipseX: bookings, registrations, service fees, boosts, and platform services.

2. Displayed Prices and Summary

Before payment, a clear summary is displayed: price, service fees, total including tax.

3. Service Fees (Client)

  • €3 if the total amount is less than €50
  • €5 if the total amount is €50 or more
  • These fees remunerate platform services: matchmaking, support, security, moderation, payment infrastructure.

4. Platform Commissions

  • Professionals: 12% (on professional services, excluding service fees)
  • Events / Organisers: 15% (on registrations, excluding service fees)

5. Payment

Payment processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect). The booking/registration is confirmed only after payment validation.

6. Boosts

Boosts are paid promotional services (duration and price shown at purchase).

A boost is not a guarantee of booking/registration.

7. Cancellation — 24h Rule

  • Client — Cancellation more than 24h before: refund of the principal price; service fees non-refundable.
  • Client — Cancellation less than 24h before: no refund, except exceptional decision by support (duly justified force majeure).
  • Provider/Organiser — Cancellation: full client refund (price + service fees) or priority rescheduling; internal sanctions possible.
  • Client no-show: no refund.

8. Disputes

Open a support ticket as soon as possible (recommendation: within 48h).

EclipseX may request factual elements. Decision according to internal rules, traceability, available elements.
